The ever-increasing demand for tubes manufactured in precious metals and in high-quality stainless steel sees an increase in production in the medical domain.

2003 New strategy : The company begins to present its products at international fairs and creates a network of agents to achieve customer proximity.

2001 Medelec.SA, SA and Medialimed SA join to form Medelec SA.
   
   
2000 The management of the company is transferred to Mr. Marc Butty.
   
   
1999 ISO Certification 9002.
   
   
1989 Mr. Marc Butty, J.-F. Butty’s son joins the company.
"Marker Brands" begins production.
   
   
1983 Mr. J.-F. Butty becomes the Managing Director.
   
   
1980 Jean-François Butty invents the breakable canula which becomes the origin of the foundation of MEDIALIMED SA.
   
   
1962 SA is established in Puidoux. Phonography, watch-making and the appearance of transistor technology begin to modify the existing situation towards new goals.
   
   
1952 The company is founded by Jean-Jacques Butty as "Atelier Mécanique de la Venoge" to manufacture nickel tubes for radio cathode bulbs and brass tubing for the watch-making industry.
